Eligibilities
- Must be enrolled in one of the universities in the program network
- Have not graduated from university
- Have never participated in any mentoring programs of VAM network
Commitments
- Understand all the information in the “Mentee’s Handbook” before starting.
- Commit to meeting Mentor offline at least once a month. However, “exploit” your Mentor to the maximum extent possible.
- If you do not meet your Mentor for 2 consecutive months or do not meet in 3 cumulative months from the beginning of the period, you will be removed from the program.
- Please post the recap to Group Mentee about the summary of the meeting, the next meeting, and the selfie together within 24 hours.
- The preparation is extremely important, please prepare carefully before meeting Mentor with specific goals and concerns so that Mentor can support effectively.
- Take the initiative to ask them anything you want, share with them whatever you feel disturbed.
- Always be on time for your registered activities, company visits, and program activities.
- Complete and timely completing surveys from BTC for the purpose of completing and developing the program.
- If you have any problems during the Mentoring process, please contact the program immediately so we can assist you promptly.

- Career activities with a limited number for each specialization (10-20 Mentees/group) such as Banking, Auditing, Finance, Consulting, Insurance, Investment, sale, marketing, supply chain, etc every month.

- Chances to achieve exclusive scholarships, such as ILA, Elsa, ICAEW, and many other valuable scholarships
- Mentee Gathering: Mentee meetings to discuss and improve Mentoring quality.
- You will be granted a program completion certificate to accumulate training points if you complete at least 6 meetings.
