Ngày 22 tháng 5 năm 2025 – Vietnam Alumni Mentoring (VAM), tổ chức phi lợi nhuận hàng đầu tại Việt Nam trong lĩnh vực kết nối mentor – mentee, chính thức ký kết Biên bản hợp tác (MoU) với BluePrint – chương trình mentoring từ Singapore với mạng lưới cố vấn nghề nghiệp phi lợi nhuận dành cho sinh viên đại học. 

 🎯 MỤC TIÊU HỢP TÁC

Với tầm nhìn chung về xây dựng cộng đồng mentorship bền vững, VAM cùng BluePrint cam kết: 

🌟 Phối hợp tổ chức chương trình mentoring xuyên quốc gia

🌟 Tổ chức các chuyến đi giao lưu học tập quốc tế (study tour) giữa Việt Nam – Singapore và các nước châu Á
🌟 Tăng cường trải nghiệm quốc tế qua việc kết nối Mentee VAM với các Mentor tại Singapore và ngược lại 

🌟 Thành lập nhóm sinh viên liên kết giữa hai tổ chức để thực hiện các dự án như nghiên cứu thị trường, xây dựng mô hình kinh doanh, kết nối doanh nghiệp…

🤝 TẦM NHÌN CHUNG

Sự hợp tác này không chỉ là một bản ký kết, mà còn là cam kết hành động lâu dài, thể hiện niềm tin của VAM và BluePrint cùng hướng đến mục tiêu chung: Xây dựng mạng lưới hỗ trợ toàn diện, giúp thế hệ trẻ Đông Nam Á tự tin vươn ra thị trường lao động toàn cầu.

📢 [VAM x BluePrint] STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP – UNLOCKING CROSS-BORDER MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES FOR VIETNAMESE YOUTH

On May 22, 2025, Vietnam Alumni Mentoring (VAM), a leading non-profit organization in Vietnam focused on building mentor–mentee communities, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BluePrint – a pro bono mentoring initiative based in Singapore dedicated to supporting university students in their career journeys.

🎯 OBJECTIVES OF THE PARTNERSHIP

With a shared vision of fostering a sustainable and inclusive mentoring ecosystem, VAM and BluePrint commit to:

🌟 Facilitate a pilot cross-border mentoring program between VAM and BluePrint.
🌟 Explore co-hosted international study tours between Vietnam, Singapore and rest of Asia.
🌟 VAM mentees may be matched with mentors in Singapore via BluePrint, and vice versa.

🌟 Forming joint student teams to execute real-world projects such as market research, business model development, and corporate networking initiatives.

This partnership is more than a formal agreement — it is a long-term commitment to action. Both VAM and BluePrint believe in the power of mentorship and community as drivers of youth empowerment. Together, they aim to build a robust support network that empowers the next generation of Southeast Asia to confidently thrive in the global workforce.
